We recently partnered with Access Elevators Sdn Bhd for the installation of a glass lift at a legal firm in Permas Jaya Johor Bahru, ASRA, and we are beyond impressed with their outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and cooperation throughout the entire process.

Our residence, Faber Ria, located in Taman Desa, had problems with frequent lift breakdowns before Access Elevators came on board. The last service provider charged sky high prices, but the breakdowns were not resolved. Whereas Access Elevators came in and proposed with a reasonable price on substantial electronical part replacements and mechanical repairs. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this lift service provider. The lifts have fewer breakdowns if compared to previous service providers, which is a huge relief. When there are issues arise, the technician responds promptly and always resolves the problem efficiently. The office staff is also quite responsive and keeps me informed, which I really appreciate.
